It's alive, but the progress is veeeeeeeery slow [Kobrar is lazy xD]. Kobrar, you should show some screenshots on this forum, even the old ones.
 
Currenty we're makeing new storyline. It's going to be post-capella campaign - war of the 4 independent nations, on the ruins of GTVA. I can't tell anything more without Kobrar's permission. I think, he will post some more info later.
