Freespace 2 mission 16 problem !!!

Hello ,
- I hope to be in the right place to ask this question, I'm new and French, which does not help! I play a Freespace 2 SCP (3.6.12) for a week and I'm stuck a 16 mission, every time I am told that I failed and I have to restart the mission. I guess it's because the destroy enemy fled, but I have no choice, I did not have enough time to destroy it, and I can not call reinforcements then? I remember a year ago to finish the game without problems, Is this a bug in SCP?

You'll be confronted with a few Hercs and 2 GTC's (Majestic and Refute). These can be destroyed quite easily. Afterwards, multiple GTF Loki's will jump in. They are fast and agile, but can't take a beating. Just concentrate on all new fighter wings that jump in.
