Star Wolf Auditions

Andrew:

"Andross's enemy is my enemy!"
"Give it up, you can't win!"
"Uncle Andross!!!"

Wolf:
"Playtime is over, StarFox."
"You'll be seeing your dad soon, Fox."
"You're good...but I'm bet-TAH!
"

(threw a Leon in):
"I'll take care of you..."

...and..... my humorous clip :biggrin1:
Andrew:
"Aaaaahhh!!!"

If such hasn't already been done, it might be wise to send out a notice e-mail to those who haven't yet met or responded to last month's request for Star Wolf auditions.

It's quite possible that some have forgotten, or just don't check the forums regularly enough to be aware.

Everything looks fine.

I'm sorry we had to change the layout of the first release that much, that it had an effect on the voice acting. All the technical problems should be solved now.

We've got a better system for ground-based missions now. It's easier to create, has less problem sources and should perform better on slower PCs too. And of course it will hopefully look better.

The voice recordings will be slightly delayed do to the story changes we (AqueousShadow) have to make.

This is the current state:

Wow that looks nice. Is that water on the ground or the same material as the mountains? I ask cause they look gem-like and I can't tell where the "ground" stops and the other terrain starts.

Oh yeah...maybe it would have been nice to tell everyone.

We went through some changes and have decided to shift the direction of the release.
Because of this shift, a new mini-story is in the works and a few other characters may be needed.

The Star Wolf auditions are there so that we can get the general chatter portion out of the way.

Looks like we still haven't gotten everyone's audition for Star Wolf in yet.

Hopefully we can begin this soon!  I'm itching to get on it :-)

Well, I do apologize because there isn't much for you guys to work on just yet.
Mainly, the character auditions are there so that we can get a general idea of what we are working with for when the actual voice acting part of the project is to be completed.

At the moment, especially since we've shifted directions with our first release, we do not have any REAL work for the voice actors to do. There are some other miscellaneous things to be taken care of (such as general chatter), but otherwise, no specific things to be done.

The game missions aren't quite like a Flash movie or something that has the script written out first and then the animation/other stuff are created. The content needs to be there and we need to figure out what works and what doesn't (especially when experimenting with the features of the SCP), and then we start putting the puzzle pieces together.
