Cool, it looks like a cross between a Deimos, an Aeolus, a Rakshasa, a Mentu, and some kind of gun.

I always thought the Iceni had the potential to be the best mapped Terran ship. It was just... lack luster. :$

I'm working on a corvette sized sister ship for it. :)

I'm getting really tired of the V terran tiles. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a decent ship (Though the window positioning strikes me as a little odd - any way you could insert some kind of trim onto the inner polies so that the transition from hull to window isn't so sudden?), it's just that those texs are getting so old and overused. They have been being recycled for the better part of 7 years now after all.

We know you can texture fighters at least - ever thought of trying to make some custome tilables for something like this?
"What you egg!" Macbeth, Act IV, Scene II, Line 80
"Young fry of treachery!"Macbeth, Act IV, Scene II, Line 81

Err. Tileables would be truly hard... I think... and I don't think I can get the quality level that I'd like. However, I've never tried to make a real tileable map for a capship before. Some day, I may give it a whack.

About trimming out the windows... I dunno. Perhaps. I'll have to see how I feel about redoing that area, and adding yet another texture to the list. Before I have to bake it.

As I said, I just made this... started a few hours ago.

if you think the iceni could have been betterm then why don't you hi-poly it and re-map it

i'm sure you'll do a great job and people will appreciate it

I thought about it, but I have alot of other things that should be done/finished first. And also, the Iceni is a pretty good model as it stands.
