go to http://www.goteamspeak.com and click on downloads, download the "TeamSpeak 2 Client" for your operating system and run the installer - then you start the client, click on "Connection" -> "Connect" -> in the opened dialog you right-click on "Servers", select "Add Server" and fill in the following information:

Server Address: virtual-bunker.de:8767
Nickname: YourNickname

below that, select "anonymous" at first (but as soon as i spot you, you'll be granted rights to register yourself with the server, during which you can choose a login name and password. you will have to reconnect with the new login to show up as registered).

after having added that server to your client, you can simply click on "connect" or double-click on the server entry.

Also, if you want to see in-game who is speaking, download TeamSpeak Overlay.

a full duplex sound card, yes. basically, any sound card manufactured in the last 10 years will do. the onboard sound facilities on your mainboard will do perfectly.

halvoice library? what in frak's name would that be?

we had an out-time for several weeks, due to me being too busy for reinstalling some software on that server.

however, the teamspeak is now updated to the current version (the old version had a security issue) and it's running 24 hours a day again.

drop me a message via PM or MSN (mo@peppisworld.de) if you want to play, i'm not regularly playing at the moment (new job, less time and stuff). but i'm always game for a sortie between 5 and 8 pm (GMT/BST).
