*registers*
Well, I've already done some stuff so I went ahead and registered here. I can do some amount of modeling, but textures are still beyond me. I can also do some nice thruster glows and weapon effects if you want.

Nice place you got here, Omni.

How, about reference shots from the series sound. I have all the Episodes from season one downloaded and burned on one DVD and a single CD.

I can decompress those and take frames out of it in premier.

Freelancer:  Do we have a website?  EDIT:  nevermind, I found it:-)

WeatherOp:  Glad you liked it!  I can see that it would be tough to come in in the middle like this...if you get a chance, pick up the min-series if you haven't seen it yet

ALSO...Sci-fi.com is hosting the FULL first episode '33' for streaming from it's website...commercial free!!!  Chances are it will be up until Tuesday or Wednesday, when the second episode shows in Australia...and then it is likely that episode 2 'water' will be available for stream...so you can catch up that way!!!

$40 bucks I'd pay for that, only I can't get DSL or cable in my area. Stuck    with my poor ole dumb dial up.

Ah, I understand...too bad.  Still, go out and rent the mini-series if you haven't seen it yet...it'll give you a good idea of the back-ground that we're working from

Oh, BTW, I did the AA turret model. (note that it matters much)

And I have been experimenting with thrusters for the Viper. Not sure if this works, so I'll be trying some other styles as well.

Dude, I like your colonial 1 progress. If bandwith shouldn't be a problem, my models linger around th 1-2 mb filesize. Email will allow those to be attached and stuff.
