if you want to join the squadron were trying to start up post here so we can keep it organized and if you said you wanted to join already then dont post here. Leave you call sign and preferably a name. First come will get officers.
as of now Pym is cag and Im second. But there is 2 more Flight squad leaders open.

All are welcome, Once demo out i'll be taking pilots and Squadron out for training.
Also if anyone out with Xwing Alliance or Freelancer or freespace combat experince i like make training officer to help me out like Lt Starbuck

Hi, ive followed the mod now since a couple of months and have always looked into the forum. My Real name is Florian Braatz(sounds stupid in english language..........i hate it, sounds so german), I live in Germany, but I'm half amerikan (father come's from the US). Ive played a couple of flight games (Freespace, Freelancer, MS Flight Sim 8 and 9, and others) and get wait to play the demo of btrl.

Id love to be in the squad.......
Callsign would be Noaim

Pym i got experience in all those and i played a simulator once a day. Ill be second in command. i just gotta tweak the freewebs think till i get the website up.

I used to play XWA frequently... but I don't know how useful I'd be as a trainer... Still, I've got flying experience, so wherever you want to put me. You should already have my callsign and stuff.

ill join if we can all find a game like XWA that we can play together. granted they are different games, but everyone will get to fly together and work as a team. and the squad system will be worked out and things like flight formations or manuvers and even some tactics can be practiced before demo launched.

I've got X-Wing experience going all the way back to the original X-Wing, Starlancer (great game!), Wing Commander,Privateer, Freelancer, and a whole bunch of flight sims. I'm in college so I don't have a lot of time but I'll help when I can. I wouldn't recommend Freelancer for training purposes becuase of the whole mouse control thing.

I'm game! Call sign, "Harlequin". All my experience has been single player, not multiplayer, I'm afraid: Wing Commander series, Starlancer, and of course Freespace and Freespace 2.

By the way, didn't I read that multiplayer will be limited to four players per team, or is that just for the demo?
