I haven't looked too closely at it yet, but I imaging that if there is anything like that, you'll find it in one of those files. Or you could at least get an idea by what was released.

I'm working through 'em, but there's actually a huge amount of actually finished assets and stuff. But I've been busy and haven't really been able to get a complete picture of what's there and what isn't.

Thanks Brox, it means a lot to us that you'll keep the site going, and will host the assets if they're released.
I also am a little concerned for the future of game-warden. I wonder if there is anyway to archive everything here onto hard-light, and convince jc4jc to move his mod over?

Anyway, mando's mod could be promising if we get a few more members, and I have something of my own in the works. SoL will not be forgotten, and it will live on in us!

Wellp. I'm not sure how I feel about this, but it's nice to get some closure. I will definitely like access to some of those models.

Well, projects do these things. Especially when the whole project is mostly one guy doing the bulk of the work and organizing. And that guy is busy. With a job and life and other projects. So it goes, hopefully the project will get back on its feet soon enough. But hey, we've been patient this long, a little longer won't hurt.

In the meantime, over at Hard-Light, a lot of other projects have been finished and released. If you're looking for something to do, head on over! (link in my signature).

Make sure to check out the Wing Commander release!

That is very understandable. Just keep with it, practice. At least you've got your containers and The E's Free Skies going on. And if you really want something new to work on, I have a concept I've been trying to figure out how to get out. I already figured that the fastest way would be to learn to model myself. But if you're looking for something to practice on, I'd be happy to send over the concept. (It's an Arwing-esque fighter)

As you can see from this thread, and this board in general, progress on SoL seems to have stalled, just a bit as DaBrain deals with other projects and real life.
When he gets back, he'll probably get back to you on your questions.

I think I can answer the question though:
If you are referring to porting StarFox 64 to the SoL engine with updated graphics, then the possibility is there, but the SoL team will not do it.

For starters, surface missions are already not very viable at this time which much of SF64 consists of. When SoL is released, you will be welcome to create a campaign which recreates the 64 game as closely as you can manage, you might even be able to join a team doing just that.
