Is it me, or does GW have a real problem with spambots? There are usually one or two each month that make it past whatever filters are running here, and while it is noot much of a nuisance, it is still more than what I have seen on other forums....

FS2NetD / NOTICE: FS2NetD going down temporarily
« on: August 30, 2009, 02:32:55 PM »
As mentioned in the news, HLP and GameWarden will be moving to a new server in the very near future. As FS2NetD was being hosted on the same server as those two, it'll have to move as well. As taylor is currently busy with Real Life, there may be a slight delay until it is online again. Until then, you can arrange Multiplayer games via the Hard Light IRC channel, and use direct IP games.

This is an announcement specially for you:

If you have played FS2 multi in the past, you may have noticed several issues. Crashes, missions being bugged, that sort of thing. We have formed the Multiplayer restoration project to address this over on HLP, so if you notice anything out of the ordinary, please let us know, either here or in this thread over on HLP.

What are they, exactly? What questions are we allowed to ask here without getting the relevant threads deleted? What discussions are allowed to take place here?
There used to be a thread called "Keeping things going" or something like that here, why was it deleted? Please note that that is only the latest of a series of threads discussing the future of this TC that have seemingly vanished without a trace and without explanation.
