politics.  In the words of Karsa Orlong, "too many words."  Creative differences with thier various myriad of intricasies and intentions too complicated to explain in brief and still do the reasoning of all involved justice.  Creative Differences.

Actually, I think i know why Roslin's sister was shown.  Gave Roslin the tempering she needed for when the nukes did fall.

Me and my buddy were "mildly"  tweeking when we saw Alessandro Juliani among the base staff, not minus a leg...  We also have a sneaking suspicion that the scene with Archimedes approaching the Arctic Base "may" have had inspiration from the Maelstrom.  Something about the fog, the slow approach, the slight red hue and all along the Watchtower.  We laughed just a bit at that scene.

Anyone know Starbuck's Father's name?  STARBUCK was the one struck by that revelation.  None of the others noticed it.

then you've never met an effective religious leader.  "Brains are like Tootsie rolls:  They are quick to replace, and a dime for a dozen.  Walk into a room with 40 people, at least 30 of them think they are smarter than the other 39.  That means that 39 people are wrong about who has the brains.  It is your job to train that out of them." Vice Admiral Anne Rondeau, USN.  One of my favorite quotes of all time.  What baltar lacks as a religious leader is initiative and compassion.  He's got ambition aplenty though.  Just a lack of insite on the human condition and an excess of contempt for his fellow man.

ok, thats how you use frack like a sailor.

*Edit*  Enlisted sailors and officers who spend to much time with Hooah's and marines.

bold words. Maybe there will be a patch to fix some of the technical issues but that's about it.

Oh and yes, JK2 lightsaber combat was almost perfect. You had perfect control over your lightsaber, which took mouse movement and character movement into account. A bit to much jumping but still the best lightsaber simulation out there.
JK3 was very good too and I liked the increased number of moves (although some were not that useful) and it was a bit easier to string combos togehter, but these force powered super-moves ruined it.

Hey Vidmaster, does the durandal you quoted in your siggy play (or used to play) Eve Online?  I've only seen the name Durandal used twice in my time online, one in the Song of Roland (original source) and one being a guy who used it as his tags in Eve-O

Well, it's what I'm sure we all knew the plot had to be.

It's a shame though they didn't go a step further: "The 12 Colonies are infact the Cylons made on Kobol who rebelled, and the final five are the only real, albeit modified, humans in the universe."

That's the sort of mindfrak that BSG should be doing :)

sadly, that was my thought, that final 5 were the makersof the 7, but as an attempt at immortaility... but still the most human.  I had this thought watching starbuck and her brand new used viper.

Being a sailor, I do think the word frak is overused.  but, oh, Cu**,  Co********, Sh**, Fa****, Di**... among a few others, arent used nearly enough (or with colonial variations, such as frak).  Who wants to come up with the cuss words that would make a colonial sailor blush?
