These scare tactic advertisements for risk-ware anti-virus programs are really getting annoying. I am sure Firefox has a plug-in somewhere to block them I just haven't had to time to look for if. But, think of all the less techno-literate people who fall for these tricks. :sigh:

The only think we can do is work on blocking it and informing the public. The fact that they have to do this just shows how tough it's getting for them.

I have check the snap shot and found that your computer is infected from severe virus like Trojan Horse. You must install an updated antivirus and my recommendation is to use Avast and scan your computer. I assure you that your problem will be resolved.

Well if you use a Linux -based operating system, you don't need to worry about viruses at all or your computer being slowed down by the software
