Title: Looking for some help with Homeworld 2
Post by: Elthis on April 06, 2008, 05:45:58 PM
I posted this in the BtRL forumns but they moved it to the general discussion forumns where alot less people view. = / Oh well. Here's the post.

I'm trying to play BSG Fleet Commander and to do that I need a copy of Homeworld 2.

I've been searching the Internet but so far all I can find is the demo version.

Does anyone know of a website where I can buy Homeworld 2 with a debit card and then download it directly from the site?

Thanks for your help.

I hate to say it but I don't think there are any downloadable versions at all. I picked up my copy from Virgin megastores (before Zaavi obviously). If you search on Play.com or Amazon they definetely have some good copies there. I'd also recommend you play Homeworld and Homewolrd: Cataclysm if you haven't already done so, the series stands quite well on it's own.

There are of course methods for downloading Homeworld 2 free of charge but I won't dare specify due to legality and the moderator's wrath.

exactly...furthermore you wouldn't be able to play online with one of these less legal copies:biggrin1:
but I think Amazon is a good spot
